The real truth is that an investment in thousands of dollars of software and technology along with a large volume of leads, will not guarantee successful internet sales. If you lack a clearly defined internet process and highly trained staff to handle the leads, you could be wasting valuable marketing dollars.

    How do you get the best results for internet sales leads?

    Establish metrics for measurement.
    Understand the sales process for lead generation from the internet. Most customers that come through this sales channel will want to keep the interaction online, so tracking phone calls may not the the best metric to measure.
