I have more than 20 years experience in the automotive industry with both Retail dealerships and various manufacturers including Honda, KIA, and Volkswagen. My extensive knowledge includes the strategic planning and design of core processes and supporting technologies for online sales resulting in superior customer experiences. As a G.M. of a retail dealership, I developed an industry leading Internet sales team. I also defined and created dealer marketing support for large automotive groups at AutoWeb.com, E-LOAN.com, and CliqScout Search Marketing. Currently I work as a market manager for Search Optics, an automotive internet marketing agency.
